Also, our store works by bank transfer Delivery We carry out free delivery of carpets throughout Ukraine. 1. Free delivery in Kiev and adjacent cities is carried out by the courier of our store. 2. Delivery to any other region of Ukraine is carried out by courier service Novaya Pochta, Intime, Deliveri, Autolux. Warranties and returns We are confident in the high quality of our carpets, but if it does not suit you or does not fit into your interior, you can easily make a return or exchange. The return is carried out within 14 days according to the law of Ukraine, if the presentation of the carpet is preserved. Trying on carpets at home is a great opportunity to see how the carpet you like will look in your interior, including the lighting of the room. Thanks to this wonderful offer, you can buy exactly what you need and spend at least a minimum of your personal time choosing. You can choose several models of carpets directly on the website or in our salon and decide on a convenient delivery time. The manager can assist in the selection of goods for fitting, answer your questions. After that, an employee of our salon will bring your chosen carpets to your home at any time convenient for you, and you can try them on in your interior and decide. In case of buying any carpet, you can pay with the employee on the spot. Designer service (or selection of carpets) If you have any difficulties in the selection of a carpet or do not have the necessary time to do it, you can entrust the selection to a specialist. Our designer has extensive experience and is distinguished by special responsibility for the work done (or rather, for its results). How does this happen: 1. You contact our designer by phone or by writing us an email to info.ukraine@ekohali.com. 3. Our manager consults and listens to your wishes (regarding composition, size, shape). You send photos of your interior 4. After that, in the store, the selection of carpets is carried out by agreement and negotiations with you (options are sent by e-mail or viber). 5. The collection is assembled and delivered to the place where the fitting and final acceptance of the work is carried out.
